Cnc Operator – 2nd Shift

Schedule

2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday 2:30am–1:00am — 3 day weekends, every weekend.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material for our Robots/CNC machines
• Collect data and monitor product conformity
• Stay aware of job requirements (production rates, operation details)
• Identify product (in-process, non-conforming)
• Basic machine maintenance
• Assembly, packing, tumbling, and deburring
• 3S – Sort, Shine, Standardize
• Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers

Requirements

• A coachable, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn — experience preferred but not required
• Must be 18 or older to operate a CNC machine
• Able to stand for most of the shift and lift 35 lbs or more
• Comfortable learning our systems (we'll train you on Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, our internal database, and Microsoft Office)

Pay & Benefits

• $20–$25/hr + 15% shift differential
