Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC equipment according to programmed specifications
- Cut wood, laminate, plastic, and solid surface materials for customer projects
- Inspect finished components to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
- Made basic machine adjustments and offset changes to maintain quality standards
- Label, organize, and palletize completed parts for downstream production processes
- Accurately record material usage and complete production transactions
- Read and utilize tape measures, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing processes
- Support team goals and production schedules through reliable attendance and performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous CNC, manufacturing, woodworking, machine operation, or related experience preferred
- Ability to read and use measuring devices including tape measures and micrometers
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC equipment operation
- Ability to identify and work with a variety of production materials
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
Qualifications

Pay
This role offers an hourly pay range of $18.00-$26.00, based on experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
