About the role

Responsibilities

• Work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Show excellent customer service skills
• Communicate verbally and in writing professionally
• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the USA (or Canada for certain positions)
