About the role
Our client, a leading energy technology and power generation company, is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting the CNC Programming, Tooling, and Manufacturing Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a self-directed mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain cutting-tool data within the Tool Data Management (TDM) environment.
- Create and modify cutting-tool and toolholder geometry while defining complete tool assemblies.
- Maintain approved feeds, speeds, and machining parameters for manufacturing operations.
- Partner with CNC programmers, machinists, engineers, and suppliers to implement tooling solutions.
- Ensure tooling data integrity, standardization, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering, machining, tooling, or CNC-related experience.
- Experience working with Tool Data Management (TDM) systems.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, milling, and turning operations.
- Ability to create and modify 3D tool and toolholder geometry.
- Knowledge of machining fundamentals, feeds and speeds, and cutting parameters.
