CNC Maintenance Technician

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain CNC machines according to engineering drawings and understand dimensions as they pertain to repeatability, equipment capabilities, tooling, and scaled-up production.
- Dialogue with external vendors, as needed, to ensure that all necessary components and equipment are always available to keep production running.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and collaborate with other departments, as requested.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and automated saws.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience working with CNC machines and/or automated saws.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software systems.
