About the role
The CNC Maintenance role is responsible for the upkeep and repair of Computer Numerical Control machines in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
- Train new employees on CNC operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of CNC maintenance experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CNC machinery and associated tools
- Experience with machine diagnostics and repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
