CNC Maintenance

About the Role

Novolex is seeking an individual for our CNC Maintenance position. This role involves preventative maintenance on CNC mills, CNC lathes, and CNC lasers, as well as responding to urgent breakdown situations. The successful candidate will collaborate with OEM technicians to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns on CNC equipment with urgency.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on CNC equipment in a timely manner.
• Work with OEM technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and learn about the equipment.
• Complete other assigned duties in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of CNC maintenance experience.
• A.A.S. degree in CNC maintenance is a plus.
• Experience using preventative maintenance work order software is a plus.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Climate Controlled environment).

Pay

• Starting Pay Rate: $34.60/hour
• 3 Months: $34.90/hour
• 6 Months: $35.20/hour
• 9 Months: $35.60/hour
• 12 Months: $35.82/hour
