About the role

A well-established precision manufacturer in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area is expanding its machining team and hiring across three key areas: Swiss CNC Machinists/Programmers, CNC Milling Machinists/Programmers/Leads, and Centerless Grinders. Candidates across different experience levels, from strong setup machinists through to experienced programmers and leads, will be considered for the position that best matches their machining, setup, and programming background.

Requirements

• Hands‑on CNC machining or centerless grinding experience
• Strong setup and troubleshooting ability
• Programming experience highly valued for CNC positions
• Ability to work with tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment
• Lead level candidates are encouraged to apply
