About the role

A well-established precision manufacturer in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area is expanding its machining team and hiring for Swiss CNC machinists/programmers, CNC milling machinists/programmers/leads, and centerless grinders. This is a permanent position with relocation assistance available, offering long‑term stability.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on CNC machining or centerless grinding operations
• Set up machines and troubleshoot issues
• Work to tight tolerances in a precision manufacturing environment
• For lead roles, provide guidance and oversight to team members

Requirements

• Strong setup and troubleshooting ability
• Programming experience is highly valued for CNC positions
• Ability to work with tight tolerances
• Lead‑level candidates are encouraged to apply
