Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports to Machine Shop Supervisor
- Able to setup/operate/program complex (+/-.010 or lower, TP <=.024,) conventional machining jobs - CNC lathe
- Perform complex Grind setups
- Perform complex setups/operate CNC mills/ lathes
- Complex GD&T measurement using calipers, height gage, bore gages etc.
Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Must be capable to lift up to 40lbs. Must be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.
- Advanced shop math skills
- Advanced blueprint reading
- Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances
