About the role

The CNC Machinist, Senior position at SimTech Inc. is responsible for designing, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts.

Responsibilities

• Design and program CNC machining operations to ensure optimal part quality and efficiency.
• Operate CNC machines to manufacture complex parts according to specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Machining.
• Proficient in using CNC programming software such as Mastercam or SolidWorks.
• Experience with machine tools including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
