We need to produce HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. The posting includes many bullet-like sentences but not explicit headings. We need to infer sections: maybe "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". The posting includes responsibilities (program & set up machine expectations, etc.), cleanliness expectations, communication expectations, knowledge/training expectations, company policy adherence expectations. Also includes company description. No explicit pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not create those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The EEO paragraph at end is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also remove navigation/legal etc. The company description is substantive? It's about the company; maybe we keep as a brief description under maybe "About the Company" but not required heading? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should stick to those headings only if content exists. The posting does not have explicit "About the role" but we could treat the initial description as responsibilities. Could use "Responsibilities" heading for the list of duties. Then separate sections for "Cleanliness Expectations", "Communication Expectations", "Knowledge/Training Expectations", "Company Policy Adherence Expectations". Those are not in the list but they are headings in the posting. Should we create headings for them? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g. ...)" implying those are examples; we can use other headings if they exist. The posting includes those expectation headings. So we should create sections for each: Cleanliness Expectations, Communication Expectations, Knowledge/Training Expectations, Company Policy Adherence Expectations. Also maybe "About the Company" from the description. But not required. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for each section that has a list, we should wrap items in
      • . For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Original text: "Program & Set Up Machine Expectations Develop project documentation (Routing) and machine code using various applications including MasterCam, Vericut, Solidworks and Microsoft office productsTrouble shoot program and machining problems, and advise as necessaryWork with peers to maintain production schedulesDocument and maintain tool inventoryWork with management to develop best practices, continuous improvement activities, work holding and toolingCommunicate with supervisor if any direction is unclearSet Up machining centers according to standard work instructions (Routing)Use best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) as trainedProduce in tolerance set up piecesFollow temporary manufacturing deviation request (TMDR) procedure when changes are requiredDe commission machine after operationBuild / tear down tooling as neededInspect tooling for wear, advise supervision as necessaryMaintain tool crib organization and cleanlinessLoad parts on machine according to standard work instructionsUse best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) as trainedInspect parts according to standard work instructionsUse in process inspection methods to verify non-conforming materialStop machine and notify supervisor when non-conforming material is detected. If supervisor is unavailable, continue with cleaning duties until further notifiedCommunicate effectively and with respect to all personnel, both internal and external ex. Suppliers, customers and peersCommunicate with your supervisor routinely to discuss critical events, associate issues, and to obtain information and direction" Then "Objective: Knowledge/Training Expectations Participate in all continuous improvement activities / trainingSeek to understand all aspects of your current positionCommunicate desire to learn additional skills" Then "Objective: Company Policy Adherence Expectations Adhere to all company policies ex. Attendance and safetySeek to understand all aspects of company policyCommunicate if clarification of policy is needed" Then company description: "Founded in 1923, Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT) is a leading value-added distributor and technical solutions provider of industrial motion, fluid power, flow control, automation technologies, and related maintenance supplies. Our leading brands, specialized services, and comprehensive knowledge serve MRO and OEM end users in virtually all industrial markets through our multi-channel capabilities that provide choice, convenience, and expertise. Applied Industrial Technologies is built on a philosophy that puts people first. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to a workforce in which we enforce fair treatment and provide growth opportunities for everyone. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of age, race, color, national origin, genetics, religion, gender, marital status, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances." We need to remove EEO boilerplate. The company description includes EEO statements; we should remove that part. Keep the descriptive part about the company: "Founded in 1923, Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT) is a leading value-added distributor and technical solutions provider of industrial motion, fluid power, flow control, automation technologies, and related maintenance supplies. Our leading brands, specialized services, and comprehensive knowledge serve MRO and OEM end users in virtually all industrial markets through our multi-channel capabilities that provide choice, convenience, and expertise. Applied Industrial Technologies is built on a philosophy that puts people first." We can keep that as a paragraph under maybe "About the Company" heading? Not required but could be useful. The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It doesn't forbid adding "About the Company". But to be safe, we could omit a heading and just put that as a

after maybe a heading "About the Company"? The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but it's implied those are the expected ones. Safer to stick to those headings only if content exists. The posting does not have explicit "About the role" but we have responsibilities. So we can use

        Responsibilities

        for the first block. Then

        Cleanliness Expectations

, etc. For company description, maybe we can put it under

        About the Company

but that's not in the list; risk of being considered extra heading. However, the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as needed. I'd include About the Company. Now we need to convert each block into list items where appropriate. Many sentences are concatenated without punctuation. We need to split them into sensible items. We should preserve all substantive information; we can break at logical points (verbs). Let's parse. First block: "Program & Set Up Machine Expectations Develop project documentation (Routing) and machine code using various applications including MasterCam, Vericut, Solidworks and Microsoft office productsTrouble shoot program and machining problems, and advise as necessaryWork with peers to maintain production schedulesDocument and maintain tool inventoryWork with management to develop best practices, continuous improvement activities, work holding and toolingCommunicate with supervisor if any direction is unclearSet Up machining centers according to standard work instructions (Routing)Use best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) as trainedProduce in tolerance set up piecesFollow temporary manufacturing deviation request (TMDR) procedure when changes are requiredDe commission machine after operationBuild / tear down tooling as neededInspect tooling for wear, advise supervision as necessaryMaintain tool crib organization and cleanlinessLoad parts on machine according to standard work instructionsUse best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) as trainedInspect parts according to standard work instructionsUse in process inspection methods to verify non-conforming materialStop machine and notify supervisor when non-conforming material is detected. Tag material with defect descriptionSort and contain all additional non-conforming material according to SOPWork with peers as directed by supervisorDeburr parts according to standard work instructionsProduce desired results and visually inspect for abnormal conditionsWork in a team environment to achieve production goalsRun / clean multiple machines as directedWork with peers as directed by supervisor to achieve all production goals stated above" We need to split into items. Let's identify each action: - Develop project documentation (Routing) and machine code using various applications including MasterCam, Vericut, Solidworks and Microsoft office products - Trouble shoot program and machining problems, and advise as necessary - Work with peers to maintain production schedules - Document and maintain tool inventory - Work with management to develop best practices, continuous improvement activities, work holding and tooling - Communicate with supervisor if any direction is unclear - Set Up machining centers according to standard work instructions (Routing) - Use best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) as trained - Produce in tolerance set up pieces - Follow temporary manufacturing deviation request (TMDR) procedure when changes are required - De commission machine after operation - Build / tear down tooling as needed - Inspect tooling for wear, advise supervision as necessary - Maintain tool crib organization and cleanliness - Load parts on machine according to standard work instructions - Use best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) as trained - Inspect parts according to standard work instructions - Use in process inspection methods to verify non-conforming material - Stop machine and notify supervisor when non-conforming material is detected. - Tag material with defect description - Sort and contain all additional non-conforming material according to SOP - Work with peers as directed by supervisor - Deburr parts according to standard work instructions - Produce desired results and visually inspect for abnormal conditions - Work in a team environment to achieve production goals - Run / clean multiple machines as directed - Work with peers as directed by supervisor to achieve all production goals stated above Some duplicates: "Use best practice and standard operating procedure (SOP) as trained" appears twice; we can keep both but maybe deduplicate? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplicates are part of original; we could keep them but maybe it's okay to keep as separate items; but they are identical. Might be considered redundant but we should preserve. However, we could note that it's repeated; but removing would be summarizing away detail? It's duplicate; removing one could be considered losing detail but it's same info. Safer to keep both. Now Cleanliness Expectations: "Maintain cleanliness of all machines, tools, fixtures and general work area according to standardsImmediately communicate abnormal conditions to supervisor" Two items: maintain cleanliness; immediately communicate abnormal conditions. Communication Expectations: "Immediately communicate with your supervisor and receive additional work instructions when all assigned work has been completed. If supervisor is unavailable, continue with cleaning duties until further notifiedCommunicate effectively
