Responsibilities What You Will Do Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components Maintain accurate production and quality documentationIdentify and troubleshoot basic machining or quality issuesComplete preventative maintenance to support safe and consistent machine performancePerform visual inspections using microscopes as requiredUse precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and pressure micrometersInspect completed parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirementsRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&TPerform tool changes and make adjustments to maintain part qualityPartner with team members to meet production and quality goals Qualifications What We Are Looking For Operator experience with Milling CNC machines Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience using a microscope Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer Experience We Value Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments Previous experience with tight tolerances Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines Rms Company Benefits As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels. Pay Range USD $21.20 - USD $40.67 /Hr. Pay Range Details This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
