CNC Machinist mid-level

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level CNC Machinist to join our team at our Fulton Facility. Our machinists work on complex, high-precision parts using some of the most advanced equipment in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision.
• Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately on machines.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specs, and machining instructions.
• Perform machine setups, including: Loading fixtures and tools, Selecting and loading the correct program, Setting work coordinates and tool offsets, Sizing in first article using measurement tools.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
• Identify and select correct materials for each job.
• Troubleshoot operational and programming issues in real-time.
• Own your work center—maintaining high quality, speed, and organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years CNC machining experience.
• Demonstrated ability to read and act on blueprints and part tolerances.
• Ability to meet assigned run times and respond quickly to changing demands.
• Proven track record of reliability and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail, with pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
