Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC Mills and Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs)
- Produce precision machined components according to customer specifications and engineering drawings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to maintain production quality
- Inspect completed parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with CNC Mill and/or VTL operation, setup, and programming
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience machining various metal components to tight tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
