About the role

Compensation

Salary Range: $20.19 - $31.25. Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.

Responsibilities

• Operate HMC, mill-turn, grinder, or balancer machines under supervision; seek assistance when encountering operational issues.
• Follow standard safety protocols and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area in alignment with 6S principles.
• Collaborate with Cell Support Engineers and Team Leaders to identify and resolve basic issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
