CNC Machinist - First shift

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete machine setups on CNC mills and lathes
• Install and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Make offsets and minor program adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency
• Work with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision measuring equipment
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3+ years of machining experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
