CNC Machinist

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis vertical CNC Milling machines.
• Write and edit basic CNC programs (G-code programming).
• Program and work with positional indexers.
• Read blueprints and possess a working knowledge of GD&T.
• Use various measuring instruments and gages to verify dimensions.
• Show excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
• Work in a team-based environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Ability to set up and run 3, 4, and 5 axis vertical CNC Milling machines.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls.
• Ability to program and work with positional indexers.
• Competence in the use of various measuring instruments and gages.
• Working knowledge of GD&T is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
