About the role

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines machining aluminum investment castings.
- Read blueprints, setup sheets, and engineering drawings.
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, inspections, and documentation.
- Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve processes and reduce scrap.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; machining certification preferred.
- Experience operating CNC lathes; setup experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret basic GD&T.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar CNC controls.
- Experience machining aluminum castings or aerospace components preferred.
