Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, models, and specifications
- Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC Lathes
- Measure and inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, indicators, CMMs, optical comparators, and other precision gauges
- Troubleshoot issues
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve tooling challenges
- Select appropriate metals and materials based on specifications, performance requirements, and material properties
Work Schedule
Approximately 45 hours per week, core hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28 - $38 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
