CNC Machinist

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team. This role involves working with our extensive range of laboratory equipment, including shakers, mills, blenders, and stirrers, to support our customers and internal operations.

About the role

This position is based at our facility in Van Buren Charter Township, MI. You will be responsible for contributing to our mission of providing high-quality scientific tools and services, leveraging our 150+ years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the engineering, assembly, or servicing of laboratory apparatus such as reciprocal and orbital shakers, cutting mills, and blenders.
• Support custom build requests and engineering services for clients.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain product catalogs and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Provide technical support or guidance to customers regarding product selection and use.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with scientific equipment (e.g., shakers, mills, blenders, stirrers) is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
