CNC Machinist

Location : Simpsonville, SC Shifts Available 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime Available Compensation: Competitive Salary + 15% Shift Differential for off-shift hours + Overtime Available + Benefits & 401k Day #1 We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Simpsonville, SC. In this role, you will independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components that meet tight tolerances and strict quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong CNC experience in a precision manufacturing environment, with the ability to machine small, complex components from materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other specialty alloys. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (2-axis through 5-axis and multi-axis equipment)Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specificationsSelect and install tooling, fixtures, collets, chucks, and machine offsetsProduce precision-machined components to tight aerospace tolerancesPerform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring toolsMake offset adjustments and minor program edits to maintain quality and accuracyMonitor tool wear and machining conditions for efficiency and consistencyTroubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and programming issuesEnsure compliance with AS9100 aerospace quality standardsMaintain accurate production, inspection, and quality documentationSupport continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity What You Bring 3+ years CNC machining experience (setup and operation required)Multi-axis CNC experience (2, 3, 4, and 5-axis preferred)Aerospace or high-precision machining background strongly preferredStrong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skillsExperience holding tight tolerances (±0.0005” or better preferred)Skilled with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and inspection toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Apply Now!!
