Pay: Weekly & Competitive Pay + Shift Differential + Day 1 Benefits & 401K Shift(s) Available 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Overtime Available Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing high-precision parts? We're looking for a motivated CNC Milling Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work with advanced machining centers, tackle challenging projects, and play a direct role in producing complex components that meet demanding quality and performance standards. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines, including Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)Perform machine setups, tooling changes, work offset adjustments, and first-piece inspectionsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specificationsManufacture precision-machined components to tight tolerancesConduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring instrumentsMake tooling and program adjustments to maintain quality, efficiency, and production targetsTroubleshoot machining and tooling issues and implement corrective actionsMonitor tool life and identify opportunities to improve machining processes and cycle timesComplete production, inspection, and quality documentation accuratelyCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet customer requirements and delivery schedulesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environmentHands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Milling Machines, including HMCs and VMCsStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specificationsExperience with tooling selection, fixture setup, and precision inspection equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazatrol, Okuma, Makino, Mori Seiki, or similar control systemsMulti-axis machining experience (4-axis and/or 5-axis)CNC programming and G-code editing experienceExperience with CAM softwareTechnical machining education, trade school, or apprenticeship training Why Join Us?
