CNC Machinist
About the role
dakBUILT is a specialized construction company based just southwest of Fargo, North Dakota, that prides itself on creating high-quality custom millwork and cabinetry. We value teamwork, creativity, and precision, and we are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our growing team.
As a CNC Machinist at dakBUILT, you will work closely with our team of Machinists to fabricate parts needed to build cabinets, organize and prepare cut lists, unload raw materials, and perform other valuable tasks.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Assist in operating CNC Machines (Router, Edgebander, Dowel, etc.)
- Drive and handle a forklift
- Produce cabinet components
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
We are looking for great people who are passionate about woodworking, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the following skills:
- Experience reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Ability to assist in operating CNC Machines (Router, Edgebander, Dowel, etc.)
- Forklift operation experience
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and precision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
