Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipment
- Program CNC Machines using G-Code for variety of parts
- Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Technical certification preferred)
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Proficiency with measuring instruments and inspection tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of G-code programming
- Experience with multi-axis machining
