CNC Machinist

About the role

A leading manufacturer of centrifugal pumps in Naval and Industrial markets is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a dynamic, high-mix/low-volume, lean manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Degree or certificate in CNC machining, or multiple years of applicable machining experience
• Excellent math skills
• Strong work ethic and effective communication skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing, CNC machines, blueprints, and product specifications

Physical demands

• Consistent standing, walking, push/pull activities
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs

Credentials

Successful completion of a job-specific post-offer/pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, and physical is required.

Schedule

Candidates should plan for second and third shift as seniority dictates, following a training period. Additional $1.50/hr plus 4 hours off monthly for working a night shift.

Pay

Starting pay is $28.48–$35.38/hr plus monthly bonus and annual profit sharing.
