CNC Machinist

About the role

CNC Machine Operator - A Fairview Company is hiring Junior to Experienced CNC Machine Operators for all shifts. Pay starts at $18.00/hour and increases based on proven experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce quality machined parts according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts from CNC equipment.
• Monitor machine operation to identify defects or equipment issues.
• Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous CNC machining experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

• Full Time
• All shifts available.
• Pay Rate is $18.00+ per hour DOE
• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
