Cnc Machinist

About the role

Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring the quality and precision of manufactured parts. Location: Irvine, CA. Job Type: Full-Time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or other machines as assigned
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines
• Strong understanding of G-code and machining practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
