About the role
The CNC Machinist is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precise metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate metal components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and safety protocols
- Perform regular maintenance on CNC equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in CNC machining
- Proficiency with CNC machine operation and programming
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel as needed
