CNC Machinist

Air-Lake Machine & Manufacturing is a precision custom job shop in Lakeville, serving industrial customers across the Upper Midwest. We specialize in the jobs other shops won't touch—complex repairs, one-off builds, tight-tolerance work in steel, stainless, aluminum, and various plastics. Responsibilities

• Set up and run a variety of jobs across a full Haas CNC lineup: Haas VF2, VF3 (SSYT 40-taper), VF3 YT, and VF6 (50-taper) vertical mills.
• Use Haas ST30 turning centers—both chuck and collet chuck with live tooling.
• Program parts using GibbsCAM.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Hold tight tolerances on all work performed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience—setup and operation, not just button-pushing.
• Haas experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with both milling and turning is a plus.
