About the role
Join our team as a CNC Machinist at Acutec Precision Aerospace, an award-winning, forward-thinking manufacturer of critical components for aerospace and military aircraft. Work in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility while machining exotic alloys for high-stakes applications. Day and night shift positions are available, offering both exciting variety and stable production opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision components for aerospace and military applications
- Work with exotic alloys and advanced tooling to ensure high-quality finished products
- Collaborate with in-house and global experts in tooling, equipment, and software development
- Contribute to projects that directly impact the safety of millions of people
- Participate in a small-team environment that emphasizes engagement, support, and collaboration
Requirements
- Experience as a CNC Machinist or a strong mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to quality and precision in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with state-of-the-art equipment
- Willingness to engage in team-based collaboration and continuous improvement
- Openness to in-house training and advancement opportunities, including multi-axis machining

Pay
$17.16 – $31.16 per hour, with compensation benchmarked annually for competitiveness.
Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Night Shift: Sunday night–Friday morning, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM
- Second shift opportunities may also be available
