CNC Machinist - All Shifts!

About the role

A well established and growing precision manufacturing company with a multi decade track record and a reputation for quality is hiring CNC Machinists to join their production team. This is a team that cares about their people and invests in coaching, training, and growth, with openings across multiple experience levels and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi axis CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Monitor production runs and troubleshoot setup or process issues quickly
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals, applying GD&T to ensure part accuracy
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to verify quality
• Maintain equipment and keep production areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC operation experience for Level 2, 3+ years for Level 3
• Experience with Gantry, Swiss, or Mill/Turn style lathes preferred
• Familiarity with high speed machinery and precision measurement tools
• Ability to read blueprints and apply geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stand or walk a full shift
• Willingness to be coached and grow within the role

Schedule

• C-Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, with premium paid for 40 hours
• A and B Shifts available, B-Shift includes a 10% pay premium
