We are looking for a CNC Machinist who acts as a "Technical Pilot"—someone with a "zero-defect" mindset and a deep curiosity for how things work. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers to create complex, high-tolerance parts.
- Use machine manuals, meters, and diagnostic skills to identify and fix technical issues.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints to manufacture profiles involving radiuses, angles, and varied tangent points.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning on equipment to ensure peak performance and a safe environment.
- Support plant-wide facility projects and assist team members across the shop as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate’s Degree in CNC Machining is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience or equivalent training.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity or working knowledge of G-code is a significant advantage.
- Ability to stand for 75% of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE.

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4-day work week with 3 days off).
