What You Will Do

• Create and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines
• Translate engineering models and drawings into precise machining workflows
• Design fixtures and workholding for stable, repeatable setups
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve programs and processes
• Analyze quality data and lead root cause investigations
• Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time, tool wear, and scrap

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Associate degree in manufacturing, machining, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining and programming experience
• Proficient in CAM software such as Edgecam, GibbsCAM, or Siemens NX
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, geometry, and trigonometry
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering prints
• Effective communicator with a problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement
