CNC Machinist 3rd Class - 2nd Shift
Location: East Farmingdale, NY
About the role
We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our Target Rock team. As our CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the operation of CNC machine tools within a given manufacturing department. You will perform these activities in compliance with Company procedures and quality requirements. Additionally, you will check your own production parts to maintain manufacturing processes and make offset adjustments as required while working with supervision.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines within a given manufacturing department
- Set up machines for simple manufacturing operations
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints
- Use inspection equipment and inspect own work
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor
- Maintain correct time reporting and accurate entries on applicable manufacturing documentation
- Comply with Company quality and safety requirements
- Practice general good housekeeping within work area
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- High School Graduate or equivalent, with shop mathematics and Trigonometry skills
- Two (2) years of manufacturing or related experience
- Basic Mathematics skills

Pay
Hourly rate: $29.54
Schedule
5:30pm to 2:30am (2nd Shift)
