CNC Machinist, 2nd Shift

This opportunity is for a CNC Machinist to work at our Ashland, OH manufacturing facility. You will perform a range of duties, receive training in multiple production areas, and learn various manufacturing support skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and teardowns, as well as operations on machines including CINCINNATI MILACRON/CINTURNS and CNC 4-Axis.
• Receive on-the-job training and mentoring on Pentair’s proven best practices.
• Make tool adjustments and replacements as necessary.
• Produce quality parts to specification, including deburring and cleaning parts.
• Perform quality checks as required, including first piece inspection.
• Work productively according to established standard rates.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience performing the tasks listed above.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist at the waist.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Pay

The hourly pay for this role is $28.54/hour.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Friday.
• Overtime required as needed.
