CNC Machinist - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines and machining centers to produce precision components while meeting quality, productivity, and delivery expectations
• Work with blueprints and GD&T requirements
• Inspect your own work using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot issues to help keep production running smoothly
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support continuous improvement efforts such as 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (two-year technical degree preferred)
• Experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment
• Strong knowledge of machine tooling, fixtures, machining processes, blueprint reading, and GD&T
• Comfortable using precision inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges
• Basic familiarity with machine programming features and ERP systems
• Strong math skills

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $25.00–$39.36 per hour based upon skill and experience

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
