Borg Design is hiring entry-level CNC Machine Operators to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in precision manufacturing. We provide paid hands-on training. Our shop is a clean, modern, air-conditioned facility with more than 30 CNC machines (primarily Haas and Fanuc). As a family-owned aerospace manufacturer, we focus on quality, reliability, and developing skilled machinists from within our team. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.

Schedule
Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Load and unload parts and raw materials into CNC machines
- Operate CNC machines under supervision
- Follow job travelers and work instructions
- Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
- Deburr, clean, and mark finished parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Training Provided
This is an entry-level position. We train new operators in:
CNC machine operation
Blueprint reading basics
Precision measurement tools
Manufacturing processes in a job shop environment
Employees who start in this role can advance to positions such as:
CNC Setup Technician
CNC Machinist
CNC Programmer

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to approximately 40 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand written and verbal English
