Job Type Full-time Description As a CNC Machine Operator, you will run and maintain advanced 5-axis CNC machines and robotic loading systems to produce precise, high-quality parts. You will handle materials, set up tooling, monitor machine operation, perform routine inspections, and troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly and meet SendCutSend’s quality standards. You will also support team workflows, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and help improve processes to drive efficiency and quality. Why SendCutSend? What You’ll Do Operate Advanced 3-axis and 5-Axis CNC machines including Brother, Haas and Matsuura brand machines with material automationStage, load, and accurately secure raw material into machine vises and fixturesAssemble, set (length/diameter), and load tools into machine holdersMonitor tool condition through visual inspection, auditory cues, and part qualityConduct routine quality inspections using basic inspection equipment (pins, calipers, micrometers)Assist with material handling, machine loading/unloading, and shipment preparationPerform daily production duties as directed by leadership, adapting to operational needsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentOperate forklifts to transport and store materials as needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishExperience with CNC machining fundamentals and willingness to learn and growProficiency with hand tools and measurement instrumentsStrong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive tasksExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsForklift certification or willingness to obtain one Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with FANUC-based milling and G/M codePrior experience in a high-volume CNC production environmentKnowledge of quality inspection processes and part tolerancesExperience with robotic machine loading systems Essential Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shiftsAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipment Work Environment Manufacturing and production floor environmentWork performed around CNC machines and material handling equipmentExposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materialsUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Benefits Health, Vision & Dental Insurance401(k) match up to 4%Paid time off6 Company-Paid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementPaid Parental LeaveShort-Term DisabilityLunch Provided DailySafety Shoe VoucherEmployee Discounts!
