CNC Machine Operator - ALL SHIFTS

OMW Corporation is a world-leading supplier of custom manufactured mechanical parts and assemblies, serving industries such as aerospace, commercial launch, electronics, semiconductors, and medical. Located in Novato, California, we are a 28-year-old company experiencing rapid growth.

The Machine Operator is responsible for loading and running parts in CNC machines, including computer-controlled mills and lathes. Additional tasks may include minor part assembly, deburring, part inspection, and other related manufacturing duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes
• Load and run parts according to specifications
• Perform minor part assembly and deburring
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Make simple changes to machine offsets
• Inspect, replace, and re-offset broken tools
• Perform other related manufacturing tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably
• Good mechanical skills and aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort with physical labor and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate in written and verbal English
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident, or qualifying Political Asylee/Refugee) due to ITAR/EAR export control regulations
