Salary Description: "$28 - $40/hr"
We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Why Join PacAero? (benefits/culture), What You’ll Do (responsibilities), What We’re Looking For (qualifications/preferred), Requirements (duties?), Experience And Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements? but they are separate). Work Environment & Physical Requirements, Expected Compensation (Pay), Benefits, Salary Description maybe part of Pay? Could combine Pay and Salary Description. But we need to follow rule: include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Pay (Expected Compensation) and Salary Description (specific range). Could combine into Pay section with both paragraphs.
Schedule: we have schedule info; could be a Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

We must not include boilerplate: EEO, ITAR, etc. Remove those.

Check for duplicate content: Benefits list already in Why Join PacAero? includes many benefits; but Benefits section also lists similar. Might be redundant but we must preserve all substantive info; we can keep both but maybe combine? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could merge Why Join PacAero? and Benefits into one Benefits section. But Why Join PacAero? includes culture and benefits; Benefits section is more formal benefits. Could keep both but that's many sections. Maybe better to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Work Environment, Pay, Benefits. And incorporate schedule into Responsibilities or Pay? Schedule is separate info; could be its own section.
We need to avoid redundancy but preserve all info. Could keep Why Join PacAero? as Benefits section (includes culture). Then we can drop separate Benefits paragraph (since it's similar). However the Benefits paragraph includes specifics like 401(k) with company match, company-paid life and disability coverage, HSA/FSA options, paid time off, separate sick time, 12 paid holidays, bonus eligibility. The Why Join PacAero? list includes many of those but not all: includes medical, dental, vision, disability coverage & more; 401(k) with up to 4% company match; Employer HSA contribution; Separate PTO and sick time; 12 paid company holidays — including your birthday!; Monthly bonus opportunities; stable growing environment. It does not mention company-paid life and disability coverage, HSA/FSA options (though HSA contribution mentioned), paid time off (PTO mentioned), separate sick time (mentioned), bonus eligibility (monthly bonus). So we could keep Benefits section to capture those specifics not covered. But we can also incorporate them into Why Join PacAero? by expanding list. Safer to keep both sections but that's many sections. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having many sections may be okay if each has substantive content. But we have many sections already.
Maybe combine Why Join PacAero? and Benefits into one Benefits section, merging the bullet lists and adding missing items. Let's do that.
Thus sections:
- About the role (intro)
- Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
- Requirements (duties list)
- Experience and Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements? but they are distinct: Requirements are duties; Experience And Qualifications are prerequisites. Could combine into Qualifications section? But we already have Qualifications for preferred experience. Might be better to have Requirements (duties) and Experience & Qualifications (prereqs). That's two sections.
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements
