CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

At Decimal Engineering, precision is key. We serve industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics, and marine, and are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet customer specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Maintain quality, productivity, and a clean, safe work area
• Work collaboratively to meet production schedules and customer expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of CNC machine operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong mechanical aptitude, math, and basic computer skills
• Personal measuring tools and basic hand tools
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
