About the role
Operate CNC machines to produce precise metal parts according to specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines using computerized controls.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.
- Perform basic maintenance on CNC machines and tools.
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related experience in CNC machining or similar field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using CNC machines such as mills and lathes.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Pay
- $18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- 1st shift: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
