CNC Lathe Operator

Role: CNC Lathe Operator Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components for advanced metal matrix composite products.Load programs, adjust tooling and offsets, and verify parts using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to tight tolerances and quality standards.Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production goals.Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles.Follow all safety procedures and document production data accurately. Qualifications And Skills Experience in operating CNC lathes and working with precision measurement tools.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.Ability to work hands-on with innovative materials in a high-performance environment.Good collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
