CNC Lathe/Mill

Location: Chesterfield, MI

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating lathe and/or milling machines preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• 1+ year experience with CNC, lathe, and/or mill.

Pay

$18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Shift: 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM
