About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team on our 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high‑quality components that meet our rigorous standards. This position is essential to our commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Edit programs and set up HAAS CNC lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Perform quality checks using bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes and product quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.
• 5+ years experience setting up, editing programs, and operating HAAS or Fanuc lathes (ST‑30, ST‑40 preferred).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in G‑Code, M‑code, Fanuc controls, and blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $25 – $30 per hour (El Monte HQ).
