Responsibilities

• Manage setups and operations of precision machinery to produce high-quality parts like flanges and couplings.
• Operate within tight tolerances for critical dimensions while maintaining superb finish quality.
• Handle a variety of materials, primarily stainless steels and bronzes.

Requirements

• Familiarity with troubleshooting, CNC programming, and G/M Code mastery.
• Basic competencies in shop math, CAD/CAM software, and manual machining skills.
• Bring your personal tool kit to complement the precision tools we provide.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates should have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in CNC and/or conventional lathe operations.
• Proficiency in at least one CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with manual machining techniques.

Skills

Essential skills include:

• CNC programming and operation.
• Understanding of G/M Codes.
• Shop mathematics.
• Manual machining skills.

Schedule

Start at 7:00 AM, recharge during designated breaks, and conclude at 3:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required for professional growth.
