About the role
The CNC Cutter/Grinder position is responsible for operating CNC machines to cut and grind materials according to precise specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines to cut and grind materials
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Adjust machine settings based on material type and cutting/grinding requirements
- Inspect workpieces for accuracy and quality
- Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance
Qualifications
- Proficiency with basic computer software
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
