Responsibilities
- Perform work as assigned by Group Leader.
- Load raw material into a CNC fixture utilizing pneumatic air guns and/or torque wrenches.
- Cycle start the CNC machine to execute the selected program.
- Detect and report defective material or questionable conditions to a Group Leader.
- Work as a team member and communicate work-related issues as needed.
- Perform typical machine shop operations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
- Able to work under moderate supervision while following established methods and procedures to perform operations required for successful manufacturing operations.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, or move about the facility.
- Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.
- Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment.
- Must be able to read, write, and conduct business in English with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Working experience on CNC machines.
- Reliable, on-time attendance record; ability to efficiently reach productivity goals.
- Adaptability: Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures; ability to work overtime when required; eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas.
