Responsibilities

  • Mastery of everything from 5-axis simultaneous milling to complex mill-turn applications.
  • Become the indispensable link that bridges the gap between raw hardware and peak manufacturing performance.

  • Perform high-stakes machine simulations, stock verifications, or onsite post-processor integrations.
  • Provide expert-level diagnostic support to our service teams and deliver breathtaking live demonstrations that prove the untapped profit potential of 5-axis and mill:turn technology.
  • Arm our sales teams with the technical firepower they need—from lightning-fast time studies to articulating the high-level ROI of CAD/CAM software—to ensure customers understand the "Phillips Advantage."
  • Travel 90% of the time or more nationally to lead run-offs and overcome any obstacle in your path.
  • Expand our scope of work through relentless innovation and build a reputation as the industry's most sought-after resource.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in CAD modeling and CAM programming, including complex multi-axis workflows and digital manufacturing integration.
  • High-level experience in Haas controls and Mastercam 5-axis or Mill:Turn machining strategies, simulation, and optimization.
  • Expertise in configuring, testing, validating, and deploying post processors across multiple machine platforms.
  • Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data tools for technical documentation, training content, time studies, and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining and CAM programming.

Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in CAD modeling and CAM programming.
  • High-level experience in Haas controls and Mastercam 5-axis or Mill:Turn machining strategies.
  • Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data tools for technical documentation.

Pay

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $90,000.00 and $120,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.
